C – Hearing – Variance request to replace sewage disposal system for DiBona, 23 Ayer Lane, plan  prepared by Moran Engineering (1)  distance between SAS and property line, 10’ required, 5’ available; (2) distance between septic tank and property line, 10’ required, 5’ available; (3)  distance between SAS and foundation, 20’ required, 10’ available.

D – Hearing – Variance request to replace sewage disposal system for Gosselin, addressStreet9 Robert Lane, plan prepared by J. O’Loughlin, Inc. (1)  to allow 15 feet of separation from the bulkhead to the SAS as 20 feet is required, variance of 5 feet
