B.      Approve Harbormaster’s request to reopen Muddy Creek and adjoining shellfish flats
C.      Approve the following recommendation of the Deputy Fire Chief:
  • Approve the contract for a new Fire Truck to Five Star Fire from East Hartford, CT for the bid price of $462,690; and
  • Approve the contract for refurbishment of Engine 68 to M & R Auto Body and Truck Repair from Whitman, MA for the bid price of $49,463
  • Vote to award bids for Surplus Beach Sand
  • Vote to approve contract for 2012 Barnstable County gas and diesel fuel bids
Vote to sign Release and Settlement Agreement for claim for a damaged fire hydrant
  • Vote to approve change of Manager on liquor license for Allen Harbor Yacht Club
  • Vote to accept various donations to Council on Aging Gift Account totaling $595.00
