Harwich Cultural Council (HCC) is one of 329 local councils supported and funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency that promotes excellence, access, education and diversity in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences to improve the quality of life for all Massachusetts residents and to contribute to the economic vitality of our communities. HCC members are volunteers, residents of Harwich appointed by the Board of Selectmen, who annually review grant requests and determine which local projects provide the greatest benefit to our community for our limited funds.
