The Planning Department oversees the development of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, Zoning By-laws and Design Guidelines.
Planning staff is also responsible for administering land development applications to the Planning Board. Applications to the Zoning Board of Appeals (see link above) are now handled by the Building Department.
