September 20 minutes were approved at our Oct 18, 2017 meeting 

Attendees: Shanna Nealy, Bruce Paige, Andrew Docken, Paul Gazaille 

CPC request to install crossing light. Shanna will send out the request for crossing lights at pleasant lake road by the end of the week 

Bumps before the tunnel. Based on an email from Eric on August 18th the section of the CCRT is slated to be fixed this fall from the roots by Coy's Brook east to the Tunnel.

Peruse Anniversary of the OCRT celebration for 2018. Paul spoke to Ed McManus to attend the Cranberry Harvest festival January meeting to start discussions for a special 20th anniversary OCRT trail ride, maybe a special t shirt?? Team members to provide ideas before the January meeting.

Revised Charge. Paul presented the revised Bikeways Charge, made a few minor changes and attendees all approved our Harwich Bikeways Charge. Action: Paul will submit the new Charge for approval to the Harwich BOS.

New Benches at the bike rotary. Paul spoke to Steve who is the lead person for the wood workers group from the Harwich Chatham Newcommers Group. Steve said if we can get someone to pay for materials his group would do the labor next spring. Someone thought 
The rotten benches could come under Eric's responsibility. Action: Paul to contact Eric

Water station at rotary. We thought maybe Brooks Park. Action: Bruce to follow up at next meeting.

Update Map Brochure. Action: Bruce to bring the Chambers copy to the next meeting for our review and comments 

Website update. Bruce said he had statistics on route 39 lights looked like 18,000 riders and Great western 38,000 but all the dates were messed up, Action: Bruce will contact the IT person at the town hall to help make sense of the numbers 

Beginning to explore the branding of the OCRT as a distinct entity separate from CCRT - possible collaboration with Chatham Bikeways Committee on unified signage, map more discussions next meeting 

Annual report to BOS. Andrew volunteered to speak at the selectmans meeting on Oct 16th to give them the annual Bikeways highlights and future projects for 2018

OCRT fencing. Paul will ask Mike if he got a response from his email to Linc if they plan to do any of the fencing repairs.
