Officer Rick Pellegrino, a member of the Harwich Police Department since 2015, has handled many scam cases including some that have exceeded over $143,000 in losses. He'll present an overview of scam related calls on Cape Cod, a baseline for initial encounters with them, how to handle a scam, and what to do if you were in fact a victim of a scam.
