  1. Approval of Minutes:  Meeting of the January 26, 2017

  1. Open Meeting Law Complaint Acknowledgment:  Open Meeting Law Complaint from Donald Howell, dated February 1, 2017, concerning an alleged violation of the Open Meeting Law.  Acknowledge receipt of complaint, consider possible responses thereto, and vote to resolve the same.

 

  1. Discussion & Vote on continued membership of Community Preservation Coalition; Annual Dues

 

  1. Discussion of the CPC Application document and possible changes to it

 

  1. Begin Project Review Status Updates

 

  1. Old Business:

 

  1. Discussion & Vote on the CPC’s Warrant Articles for May 2017  Town Meeting

 

  1. Other:

 

  1. “Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees” new training for 2017 and certificate for completion required;  Handouts given, requires signatures

 

  1. Approval of payroll for the Board Secretary: Months of January 2017 and February 2017

 

 

  1. Set next meeting date: Discussion of potential change to the next scheduled meeting: April 13, 2017
