  1.             Welcome invited guests Town Administrator Christopher Clark and Harwich

            Board of Selectmen Chair, Michael MacAskill.

 

  1.             Minutes Review (approve August Minutes)

 

  1.             Treasurer’s Report

 

  1. Affordable/Low Income Housing for Seniors in dire need, how can COA Board  assist Housing Committees in Town and BOS to move forward? Including Middle School Re-Purpose Discussion and vote issue.

 

  1.       COA Directors Report

 

  • Housing Summit -Mon. October 3rd  2016 Re-Cap. What went well, what needs to be changed. Survey feedback?

 

  • Monday, October 17th, 2016, Town of Harwich, Staff Only Flu Clinic at the Harwich Community Center. Time TBA. Volunteers all needed to make it run smoothly. Can you Volunteer? See Barbara-Anne after the meeting to sign up.

 

  • 2 Focus Groups on Monday, October 24th 2016 at 10am and 5:30 pm                 Social Services Coordinator Kevin Grunwald will facilitate the 10am Mtg. with Barbara-Anne as scribe and Richard Waystack will facilitate the 5:30 p.m. session with Barbara-Anne as scribe.
