The Public is always invited to Finance Committee meetings, and will be given the opportunity to speak if requested

 I: Call to Order

II: Approval of previous minutes.

III. Reserve fund transfer requests, (At the time of this posting there are no known requests, but requests may come in after this posting, and are usually time sensitive and may be considered).

IV: Finance Committee Workshop

       The Finance Committee will conduct a workshop for its’ members to review many topics. There will be no votes taken during this workshop it is for discussion purposes only. The topics will include:

                            A. Tri Town Sewer Recap of meetings

                            B. Discuss the financial targets of the FY 2020 BOS budget message

                            C. Discuss the future of the capital Plan process

V: Joint meetings; Budget Hearings, Capital Planning

VI: Old business, new business, open session, (Per the Attorney General’s Office: The Finance Committee may hold an open session for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting following “New Business”).
