  2. Attended MCCH Board meeting 1/18/17, Board affirmed their commitment to keeping units affordable
  3. Invited Gregory Winsted – MCCH Board Chair to discuss units staying affordable
  4. LETTER TO BOS – AFFIRMING FULL SUPPORT OF HHPP

NEW BUSINESS

  1. DISCUSS & APPROVE LIST OF PROPERTIES TO BE PRESENTED TO BOS FOR THEIR CONSIDERATION
  1. Former Stone Horse Motel/currently owned by Outer Cape Medical Services
  2. Property located at corner of route 124 & Drum Road
  3. Albro House – town owned
  4. Captain Hill Motel (1.2 acres)
  5. Property #337 Route 137 (Disabled Housing) 1.5 acres
  1. OUR COMMITTEE HAS BEEN ASKED BY (BOS) TO TAKE ON THE PROJECT “HARWICH DISABLED HOUSING” SPONSORED BY JEFF LOCANTORE   (JEFF TO ATTEND OUR APRIL MEETING)
  2. GOAL FOR 2017 (1) ITEM NEEDS THE COMMITTEE INPUT
