Monday, February 5, 2018 ~ 4:30pm

1. Meeting called to order at 4:31pm
2. Quorum:  Art Bodin, Cindi Maule, Mary Maslowski and Julia Eldredge
3. Approval of Minutes:  Cindi motioned to approve the Minutes of January 8, 2018. It was seconded by Mary and it was agreed.

1. GENERAL DISCUSSION AND UPDATES TO ACTIVITIES TRACKING LIST
   1. 93/97 Main Street, West Harwich – Habitat received $300,000 from CPC and will go before Town Meeting for approval.
   2. Sisson Road – Art called Eastward Companies and spoke with Mr. Marsh’s assistant and was told the project is “on hold” at the moment.

1. NEW BUSINESS
   1. The Committee shared and discussed their thoughts and suggestions for the Affordable Housing Trust. The discussion included membership and to mirror the Town of Yarmouth’s Housing Trust.
   2. Art asked the Committee members to think of ideas for the coming year.
   3. The Committee agreed to invite Charleen Greenhalgh, Town Planner to our meetings for guidance and information.

   1. Art informed the Committee the Housing Fund balance is $16,622
