Homeowners are able to obtain a copy of their septic system plan by contacting the Health Department by email at health@town.harwich.ma.us. Indicate your street address and that you are in Phase 2. Your septic plan and septic as-built will be emailed to you promptly.
If you are unable to access this inform or would like personal assistance, please visit the Health Department on the second floor of Town Hall or call us directly at 508-430-7509.
