Many people know that exercise and walking is good for physical health and improves mental health as well. But a new study published in an online issue of Neurology, the medical journal of the American Academy of Neurology shows that this effort may also prevent dementia and Alzheimers disease.

You  must walk at least 6 miles to make a difference. By starting this activity in mid-life the study shows that you can cut the risk of developing memory problems in half! Just one more reason to make exercise part of your life!
