Members Present: Larry Brophy, Chair, Joseph McParland, Tom Stello and Mary Maslowski (Alt.)
Members Absent: Jim Atkinson, Peter deBakker, Allan Peterson, Linda Cebula and David Harris (Alt.)
Others Present: David Clark, P.E.; Michael Ford, Esq.; and Charleen Greenhalgh, Assistant Town Administrator/Interim Planner
The Chair opened the meeting at 6:32 pm.

The Chair opened the hearing at 6:32 pm. The reading of the notice was waived. Mr. Clark requested a continuance of the public hearing to October 13, 2016. On a motion from Mr. McParland, seconded by Mr. Stello, the Board voted unanimously (4-0-0) to continue the hearing to October 13, 2016 at 6:30 pm.

The Chair opened the hearing at 6:34 pm. The reading of the notice was waived. Attorney Ford, on behalf of Attorney James Stinson and himself, requested a continuance of the public hearing to October 13, 2016. On a motion from Mr. McParland, seconded by Mr. Stello, the Board voted unanimously (4-0-0) to continue the hearing to October 13, 2016 at 6:30 pm.
The meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm.
