Call to order; Welcome members and guests.

Executive Session - (1) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.30A, Sec.20(a)(6), to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the Chair

declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board, on property located off of Chatham Road, 

Harwich, MA.

Regular Session - 

     Approval of minutes:  Meeting of February 16, 2018.

     Old Business:

     a.  Outreach letter to town departments, commissions, committees to assess future needs - results

     b.  Wrap-up and updates on final list of town-owned and owners unknown properties

     c.  Meeting with town counsel - discussion of meeting

     New Business:

     a.  Town meeting talking points

     b.  Recommendation for new member

     Other Business:

     a.  Set next meeting date:  May 18, 2018
