I. Call to Order
The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
II. Approval of Minutes
Ms. Rys moved to approve the minutes of April 11, 2017 as written; Ms. Games seconded; motion carried unanimously.
Ms. Rys moved to approve the minutes of April 12, 2017 as written; Ms. Milan seconded; motion carried unanimously.
Ms. Games moved to approve the minutes of April 25, 2017 as written; Ms. Joyce seconded; motion carried unanimously.
Ms. Milan moved to approve the minutes of May 9, 2017 as written; Ms. Games seconded; motion carried unanimously.
III. VIC Email and Use
Use of the email address for official business was discussed. The password was shared and security information was provided to the members.
IV. New Business
FY 2018 Meeting Schedule
The schedule was reviewed. The Chair has made requests of the Community Center and the Town Administrator’s office for the dates and times.

Fall Program
The special election for the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School building project will be held on October 24. The committee hopes to hold a program on October 3. The Chair will contact Jamie Goodwin at Channel 18 regarding taping the program and the Town Adminstrator’s office about reserving the Griffin Room.
V. Other
Ms. Games advised the committee on her experiences when she worked at the polls on election day.
VI. Adjourn
There being no further business, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 5:55 PM.
