Board of Health

Our primary goal is the protection and improvement of the public health for the people of Harwich.

Cemetery Commission
The Harwich Cemetery Commission is dedicated to and responsible for the care, maintenance, preservation, and improvement of over 98 acres of cemetery grounds, monuments, and the Marceline Arboretum.
Community Center Facilities Committee
The Committee discusses and provides input to facility operations, budgets and plans that are submitted to the Town Administrator in an effort to ensure the needs of Harwich residents are met.
Community Preservation Committee
The primary purpose of the Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is to study and recommend to the Board of Selectmen (BOS) and the citizens of the Town of Harwich projects to be funded from Community Preservation funds.
Conservation Commission
The Harwich Conservation Commission is a volunteer board of 7 citizens of Harwich who are appointed to three year terms by the Board of Selectmen.

The purpose of the Trust shall be to provide for the preservation and creation of affordable housing in the Town of Harwich for the benefit of low and moderate-income households.
