II             MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING (Regular Meeting Minutes) April 21, 2022 & April 29, 2022–Minutes shall be reviewed; proposed changes shall be possible; and a vote to approve with any noted changes shall be taken.

 

III            BOARD OF HEALTH WORK SESSION

A. Joint Meet with Agricultural Commission to discuss revisions to Town of Harwich Animal Regulations- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

V             NEW BUSINESS

A. Show Cause Hearing-Bishop, 1 Wequassett Road-owner has requested a show cause hearing to show why an order issued by the Health Department should be modified or withdrawn. Order letter dated March 23, 2022 noted that space above garage has been converted from an unfinished loft area to a bedroom (family room) and a full bath, without benefit of a permit. Dwelling required to return to a compliance 4 bedroom dwelling or septic system upgrade to accommodate additional bedroom. - Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

 

B. Request from Dennis Harwich Lions Club-Waiver of Temporary Food Service Permit Fee ($50.00) for event on July 30 & 31, 2022- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

 

C. Request from Adult Shared Living of Harwich Inc-Waiver of Event Permit Food Service Fee ($50.00) for various events though out July & September- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

 

D. Application for Extension of Sampling Variance for a Massachusetts Tier 3 Beach-Earle Road- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

 

E. Application for Extension of Sampling Variance for a Massachusetts Tier 3 Beach-Pleasant Bay- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

 

F. Hearing-0 Orleans Road- 5 Lot Definitive Subdivision-Environmental Impact Report to demonstrate compliance with Harwich Board of Health Regulation 1.211- The proposed open space residential subdivision plan will have 5 building lots, an approximately 830’ long subdivision road serving the lots and 2 open space lots. The proposal seeks approval of variances from Title 5 15.214-Nitrogen Loading Limitation-Nitrogen Aggregation Plan Approval-where the proposed building lots and open space lots are considered in meeting the 440/acre requirement and Harwich Board of Health Regulation 1.211-Compliance with Town of Harwich Septic Disposal Regulations-Groundwater Impact Report-plans prepared by Clark Engineering, LLC- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration
