Public Hearing-to solicit public comment on the proposed “Town of Harwich Board of Health Local Regulation to Supplement Title 5 State Environmental Code Bedroom Definition for the Purpose of Sizing a Septic System and for Building Permit Review”.  Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

B. Show Cause Hearing-41 Beach Plum Circle- Show Cause Hearing to discuss non-compliance with 105 CMR 410.000 “Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation” violation issued on July 6, 2022 and non-compliance with 105 CMR 410.820 “Inspection upon Request” dated July 18, 2022. Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration
