A. Public Hearing to solicit comment on the proposed revisions to Town of Harwich Board of Health Animal Regulations- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

 

B. Show Cause Hearing-236 Division Street/Webber-Owner has requested to appeal Notice of Violation issued on August 11, 2022 regarding septic system failure- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

 

C. Show Cause Hearing-Miss Lisa’s Cuisine/554 Route 28-Apartment 1-Violation of 105 CMR 590.000 State Sanitary Code Chapter X-Minimum Standards for Food Establishments and the Federal Food Code- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration
