  2. RECONSIDERATION OF PREVIOUSLY APPROVED VARIANCE CONDITIONS – 2 Andrews River Road – Reconsideration of previously approved variance conditions to allow an increase in habitable space - Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration

VARIANCE REQUEST FROM TITLE 5 310 CMR REGULATIONS AND TOWN OF HARWICH REGULATIONS 47 North Road, to consider a variance request to install a Sharded SDS with 52 North Road as prepared by Ryder & Wilcox (variances were previously approved at the May 14, 2019, Board of Health meeting) Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration.

15.211 setback to side and front property line 6' & 6.5' provided 10' required 4' & 3.5' variance requested.

15.227 septic tank and pump chamber tees <1' above high groundwater table 0.2' & 0.45' provided.

15.229 33% of design flow requested to pump where 25% is the maximum.

15.240 Leaching capacity 330 gpd required 327 provided.

  1. SHOW CAUSE HEARING – 10 Old County Road - Show Cause hearing to discuss non-compliance with an order issued for violations of 310 CMR 15.00 Request for Title Five Inspection - Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration.
  2. HEARING-31 Sea Street- Cape Sea Grille is requesting Board of Health review and support of an application to the State Plumbing Board for a variance from the State Plumbing Code 248 CMR 10.10- The applicant is proposing to apply for a variance for the number of bathroom fixtures in order to increase the seating capacity to match what the septic system is already designed to accommodate - Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration
