Per Massachusetts General Law:  All town and school boards, committees, commissions, and authorities shall post a notice of every meeting at least 48 hours prior to such meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.  Notice shall contain a listing of topics, agenda items that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.

1. CALL TO ORDER

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  August 10, 2021 and September 4, 2021

3. NEW BUSINESS

A. Discussion with Town Administrator Joseph Powers, including but not limited to:  

1. General overview and suggested additions/changes to the charter.  Possible votes.

2. Requirements for Mailing Town Meeting Warrants and Notices of Charter Revisions for Upcoming Town Meetings.  Households or Registered Voters Only? Possible Votes.

3. Discussion of Overlap in Current Town Boards & Committees and Potential Consolidations.

4. Possibility of a Municipal Calendar.

4. OLD BUSINESS:  

A. Continuation of general discussion by members regarding findings in reviewing charter, town code and committee handbook.

B. Discuss Agendas for Upcoming Meetings.  Possible votes.

        5.   ADJOURNMENT
