Barnstable County COVID-19 Vaccine 2nd Dose Update

Did you receive your first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the following Barnstable County COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics?

  • February 10 at the Melody Tent in Hyannis
  • February 12 at Little Creek in Eastham

Please note that you should have received your second-dose registration link this morning. If you haven't, please check your spam and junk mail folders.

IMPORTANT: The Massachusetts online vaccine registration site PrepMod (www.maimmunizations.org) has been experiencing technical difficulties. When you register for your second dose, you may get an error message 1006. Regardless, if you receive a confirmation email, you have successfully registered and there is no need to contact us.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please call our COVID-19 Help Line: (774) 330-3001. Callers are able to speak with Medical Reserve Corps volunteers Monday through Friday, 8am–4:30pm.
