The Public is always invited to Finance Committee meetings, and will be given the opportunity to speak if requested

The Finance Committee has a joint public meeting at the regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen meeting in the Griffin Room at Town Hall beginning at 6:30 pm. After the “joint session” portion of the meeting the Finance Committee will reconvene in the small hearing room to take up the following agenda items

 I: Call to Order

II: Approval of previous minutes.

III. Reserve fund transfer requests, (At the time of this posting there are no known requests, but requests may come in after this posting, and are usually time sensitive and may be considered).

VI: Old business, new business, open session, (Per the Attorney General’s Office: The Finance Committee may hold an open session for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting following “New Business”).

V. Meeting with the Chatham Finance Committee on the Monomoy School Budget update

VI. Updates from the 2019 Massachusetts Municipal Tradeshow and Workshops

VII: Adjourn
