The Public is always invited to Finance Committee meetings, and will be given the opportunity to speak if requested

The Finance Committee will discuss and vote on the Town Meeting articles that have been placed into the May Annual Town Meeting Warrant by the Board of Selectmen.

If the Finance Committee discusses and/or acts on any article listed at this meeting and you were not able to be present but would like to add to the discussion you may attend any future meeting of the Finance Committee and request that we reconsider the article.

The intent of this posting is to satisfy the open meeting law as to the subjects the Finance Committee may discuss but it is not intended be the final action on articles and future meetings of the Finance Committee will be devoted to the articles in the May 2019 Annual Town Meeting Warrant.

 I: Call to Order

II: Approval of previous minutes

III. Review of “draft” article reasons for inclusion in the warrant

IV. Review and vote of the Finance Committee FY 2020 budget for salaries and wages, expenses, and the reserve fund

V. List of Articles in the ATM Warrant which may be discussed and voted on,

VI. Re-organize the officers of the Finance Committee

VII. Reserve fund transfer requests, (At the time of this posting there are no known requests, but requests may come in after this posting, and are usually time sensitive and may be considered)

VIII: Old business, new business, open session, (Per the Attorney General’s Office: The Finance Committee may hold an open session for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting following “New Business”)
