The Public is always invited to Finance Committee meetings, and will be given the opportunity to speak if requested 

 I: Call to Order

ll:  Need to remedy 9-12-19 Agenda Posting errors: While agenda was posted with Town Clerk it was not posted with the Administrative Office as well. FinCom Posting Procedures Clarified,

III: Approval of previous minutes.

IV Reserve fund transfer requests, (At the time of this posting there are no known requests, but requests may come in after this posting, and are usually time sensitive and may be considered).

V: Old business: Need for FinCom Recording Secretary Position to be filled has been filled; Zero-based budgeting discussion; Ballantine Training Proposal.

Vl. New business:

Vii. Open session, Per the Attorney General’s Office: The Finance Committee may hold an open session for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting following “New Business”).
