Zoom Meeting Guided Finger Labyrinth with Labyrinth Quests’ Advanced Veriditas Facilitator Darlene T. Hagon

During the months of January, February, March, and April 2021 Labyrinth Quests’ Advanced Veriditas Facilitator Darlene T. Hagon will offer a virtual finger labyrinth walk and meditation at 10 a.m. on the fourth Friday of the month using a printout paper version of the 11-Circuit Chartre-Style Medieval labyrinth. This is another way to use this meditative tool when physically walking the labyrinth is not possible due to availability, health or mobility issues, or during difficult and uncertain times such as these.
Participants will be instructed on preparing for the walk and how to use the finger labyrinth. The experience of physically walking the labyrinth versus using the finger labyrinth will be discussed. Zoom Finger Labyrinth sessions will be a maximum of 30 minutes in length. All meditative walks will include an opening theme and be accompanied by music.
Mid-month email notifications will be sent for each Zoom session.
Prospective participants will be sent a Zoom invitation with an attachment of the printout paper version of the labyrinth. No password is required; just a click as instructed. However, basic Zoom use and etiquette are expected. Sessions will begin and end on time.
