With plans to launch in 2020, the Culinary Incubator space at the Harwich Cultural Center will be a shared-use licensed commercial kitchen space certified for food and other permitted product production. Renters can use the kitchen to produce food while fulfilling regulatory compliance. The Harwich Cultural Center is diligently working to launch this exciting space that is sure to become a valued resource in our community. Until then, the kitchen area is not permitted by the Harwich Health Department for public use of ANY kind. Per regulation, admittance is not allowed. If you are interested in being added to our waitlist, click to complete our online application questionnaire. In addition to completing the online application questionnaire, prospective renters are encouraged to submit a formal Letter of Intention describing how they will utilize the shared kitchen space at the Harwich Cultural Center. Renters are subject to review and approval by the Town Administrator. The center maintains an active waitlist, keeping your contact information current will allow us to correspond with you in a timely fashion when rental options become available and arrange for an interview with our team.
The Harwich Cultural Center is a cooperative effort between the Town and our greatest resource - the creative, local individuals that help to make our town a destination for visitors from around the world. The building provides valuable “launch space” where individuals can actualize their creative gifts and contribute to the local economy.
