Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, GT.L. c. 30A,§20, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 order

Imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting ofthe Harwich Housing Committee is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person

Attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings as provided for in the Order. A reminder that persons who would like to listen or view this meeting while in progress may do so by logging in or calling in as specified above on this agenda.

 

  1.  APPROVE MINUTES:  Nov. 4th 2019, Nov. 18th, 2019, Dec. 9th, 2019, Jan. 13,2020, Mar. 2,2020
  2. RECOGNIZE GUEST: Chris Wise
  3. NEW BUSINESS:
  1.  Presentation by Chris Wise of his proposed Rte. 137 Project.
  1.  Follow-up discussion, with vote of recommendation to the AHT.
  1.  Discussion, AHT increase funding to the Rental Assistance Program administrated by the Harwich Housing Authority.
  1. Action, possible vote, with letter to AHT of recommendations.
  1.  Election of new officers.
  2. Next meeting: Monday, October, 12, 2020.
