Municipality Work Notification Form

MassDOT will be conducting work in your community in the near future. The following project information is being forwarded for distribution to appropriate Municipal Departments.

Project Type: Asphalt Pavement Repairs and Improvements.

Description of Work: Asphalt milling and HMA overlay associated with Route-28 at three locations (See attached sketches).

Hours of Operation (Day/Night): Day (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Description of Traffic Management: Lane shifts and / or alternating one-way traffic controlled by Police Details.

Estimated Duration of Work: One day (September 20th); Weather permitting.
