This letter is to identify Nancy Finch as a representative of PK (Paul Kapinos & Associates) who has been contracted by the Harwich Board of Assessors to perform a revaluation of all property accounts in the Town of Harwich for Fiscal Year 2023.

The Harwich Board of Assessors will appreciate your cooperation in providing the representative with access to your property and the information necessary to undertake this assignment.  Please keep in mind that if your property is not inspected an estimate will be made resulting in a less reliable appraisal.
