Shellfish Permits are purchased at the Harwich Harbormaster/Natural Resources Department located at:

Saquatucket Municipal Marina
715 Main Street (Route 28)
Harwich Port, MA 02646

Permits can be obtained Monday thru Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

·         Non-Resident Shellfish Permit - $70.00

·         Resident/Tax Payer Shellfish Permit - $30.00

·         Senior Resident/Tax Payer Shellfish Permit - $15.00

·         One Day Permit - $30.00

All permits are Individual Permits and expire on December 31, 2023
