Call to Order;

Welcome members and guests.

EXECUTIVE SESSION-(1) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.30A, Sec.20(a)(6), to consider a purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board, on property at Walker’s Pond Woods, Harwich. Map 84 Parcel A-3.

New Business: Discussion regarding property at Walker’s Pond Woods, Map 84 Parcel A-3 Harwich with Mike Lach, Director HCT.

 

REGULAR SESSION- Approval of Minutes:  June 21, 2019

Old Business:

a.        Continue discussion regarding property on Deacon’s Folly Road Map 46 Parcel F-5.

a.       Appoint representative to Community Preservation Committee    

b.       Report on AHT meeting July 18, 2019
