Approval of Minutes: Executive Session September 20,2019 and Regular Session October 18,2019.

Old Business:

a.    Strategy on how to present Tax Lien & Owners Unknown properties to Select Board

b.    Request the Town of Harwich to revisit the 0 Cherokee Road appraisal and have the appraiser change assumption.

New Business:

a.    Report of AHT meeting December 5,2019  

b.    Discuss property on Queen Anne Road, formally pet cemetery

c.    Set next meeting date
