Approval of Minutes: January 17, 2020

Old Business:

a.    Compile prioritized list of Tax Lien & Owners Unknown properties to recommend to the Board of Selectmen

b.    Discussion and possible vote on property referred by Conservation Agent.

c.    Strategy on how to present Tax Lien & Owners Unknown properties to the Board of Selectmen.

d.    Potential vote to request the Tax Collector to consider tax taking of previously identified properties, focusing on 1 or 2.

e.    Update on 276 Queen Anne Road property.

 

New Business:

a.    Mr. Rose proposing property for possible sale.

b.    Report on Affordable Housing Trust meeting February 13, 2020

c.    Southeastern Mass. Land Trust Convocation

d.    Next meeting date.
