By Mail: Harwich Town Clerk, 732 Main Street, Harwich, MA 02645.  Or drop off a check or money order ($10.00 spayed or neutered $20.00 intact in the Drop Box at Town Hall.  Please include your dog’s rabies vaccination certificate and a self-addressed, stamped return envelope.

Please be aware that your dog has to be current with their rabies vaccination(s). 

For any dogs you may find wandering in your neighborhood that appear to be lost, or any other dog related issue, please contact the Harwich Police Department non-emergency line 508-430-7541, so that they can help re-unite the dog to their owner and communicate with the Animal Control officer.
