Public Records Law Information
In July of 2016, Massachusetts Governor, Charlie Baker signed a bill, Chapter 121 of the Acts of 2016, "An Act to Improve Public Records". This Bill takes effect on January 1, 2017.
You may submit your public records request in any format. You may find this standardized request form helpful for describing your request and understanding the response process - it can be submitted to the Town Clerk's Office by email, mail, or in person.
