AGENDA  

Before I include the highlights of the four months without a Harwich Waterways Committee (WWC), I want a Public Notify to everyone, including the Waterways Committee, that there will be two WWC meetings in July 2020.

One on July 08 will be a combination of current and past events but without hearings.

 

The second meeting in July, to be announced, will be during the end of the month with the full schedule of hearings and meeting packets. 

The main reason I’m scheduling two meetings,  is to allow for the adjustment and utilization for the remote access and on-line training to use the “Go to Meeting” System.

 

The second Public meeting in July 2020 will be a normal Meeting on “Go to Meeting.”

 

Attached to this WWC Agenda is also the Town of Harwich Public Meeting Requirements

  1.  An outline will be presented and explained about the intended second Public WWC Meeting in late July 2020; a separate agenda will be properly posted at a later date.
  2. The only votes at this July 8th Meeting will be about accepting previous Minutes, and Meeting Adjournment.
  3. All other New Business will be heard and conducted at a Public Meeting at the end of  July 2020; that date will be announced and posted next week.
