Learn the many physical and spiritual benefits of practicing Tai Chi. Also known as "moving meditation," Tai Chi can also improve balance, core strength, flexibility, and provide a mind-body connection as a source of stress release. Participants will learn the easy Tai Chi Eight Form, a basic sequence of movements open to all ages and abilities. No special equipment or previous experience is necessary. Taught by A. Jay Zahn.
