II             MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING (Regular Meeting Minutes) February 15, 2022–Minutes shall be reviewed; proposed changes shall be possible; and a vote to approve with any noted changes shall be taken.

V             NEW BUSINESS

A. Hearing-46 North Westgate Road- on behalf of the property owner, NEWPRO is requesting Board of Health review and support of an application to the State Plumbing Board for a variance from the State Plumbing Code 240 CRM 10.10(7)(c)4-The applicant is replacing an existing tub with a walk-in shower. Due to the location of the plumbing at the property, conversion to a 2” drain is not possible without extensive demolition. The installation would utilize a code compliant pan and no more than 2.5 GPM shower head in compliance with variance guidelines- Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration
