  2. Accept Minutes of April 23, 2019 meeting.
  3. Old Business

 

  1. Review of 2019 town meeting article results.
  2. Discussion of reconciliation of definition of “ex-officio” with withdrawn 2019 Town Meeting article regarding Ex-Officio appointments.
  3. Discussion of hearing process under Massachusetts Home Rule MGL Chapter 43B Section 10 requirements for Charter amendment passed at 2019 town meeting & inquiry to Selectmen regarding same. 

 

 

  1. New Business
    1. Discussion of approach to complete review of Charter for coming year(s) and reconciliation of by-laws.

 

  1. Set July meeting date and possible agenda items.
  2. Adjournment.
