Stitchology Sewing School for Kids
Girls and boys will enjoy sewing and creating with Miss Jane. This fun and engaging program begins with basic sewing skills and progresses through the foundational techniques for novice sewists. Offering small in-person sewing classes limited to five students per class at The Harwich Cultural Center. Classes will be 1.5 hours long held once a week for six weeks.
Your child will learn:
- Operating the sewing machine (threading, bobbin, basic form)
- Choosing fabric for your project
- Working with patterns
- Hand sewing

Safety practices:
Students will be socially distanced working at their own workstation and will have their own set of sewing tools to work with. All students will be required to wear a face mask covering their mouth and nose for the duration of the class. All workstations are thoroughly cleaned after each class.
