One-time or Short Term Event Space Rental
Application required. First-come, first-serve reservations are subject to scheduling availability and approval by the Harwich Community Center Director. Space will not be reserved until a complete application and all fees are received.
- $100.00 per 3-hour single-use

- Additional custodial or detail fees may be required
- Events may require a certificate of insurance naming the Town of Harwich as an “Additional Insured” for $1,000,000.00
- 88 parking spaces, including five disability parking spaces; further disability parking spaces may be designated for special events
- All food and beverage items must adhere to food traceability standards per the Harwich Health Department
- The Town of Harwich follows all Massachusetts COVID-19 guidelines and/or recommendations, subject to change without notice

Consecutive Class/Workshop Space Rental
Application required. First-come, first-serve reservations are subject to scheduling availability and approval by the Harwich Community Center Director. Space will not be reserved until a complete application and all fees are received.
- $15.00 room rental per consecutive 3-hour session class (includes set-up and breakdown time)
- 8 consecutive class session maximum; limited class size
- Rental storage options are available for an additional fee
- Renter is responsible for registering all students
- All food and beverage items must adhere to food traceability standards per the Harwich Health Department
- The Town of Harwich follows all Massachusetts COVID-19 guidelines and/or recommendations, subject to change without notice
- For any renters providing services to clients, both for-profit and non-profit, the following documents must be provided before the beginning of the rental:
- A business license or professional license as applicable
- A certificate of insurance naming the Town of Harwich as an “Additional Insured” for $1,000,000.00
- A completed CORI

Cancellation Policy
All charges must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. A $50 administrative fee will be charged if the event is canceled in less than 7 days.
