Members in attendance: Jim Atkinson, Joan Kozar, Tom Stello, Peter de Bakker. Al Atkinson & Joe McParland via remote participating.

Staff in attendance: Elaine Banta, Planning Assistant

The public meeting was called to order by the Chair at 6:40.

The following review was announced for presentation by the Chair:

I.PB2015-14 Aaron T. and Debrah J. Gingras owners, seeks an endorsement of a 2-lot ANR for property located at 163 Pleasant Lake Ave, Map 60, Parcel H3 and more commonly known as Follows Road. The parcel is in the R-M & W-R Zoning Districts and is shown on the plan entitled “Approval Not Required Plan of Land in Harwich, MA”, prepared for Aaron T. Gingras and Debrah J. Gingras, prepared by Terry A. Werner, P.L.S. and dated February 17, 2015.

Mr. Gingras addressed the Board and the members of the public and requested that his written request to postpone that had be submitted earlier be canceled in favor of a new request to withdraw without prejudice.

Upon closing the hearing, Peter de Bakker moved to grant the applicant’s request to withdraw without prejudice motion. Duly seconded by Joan Kozar, the Board voted unanimously (6-0-0) to grant the withdrawal.
