TOWN OF HARWICH
PLANNING BOARD
Harwich Community Center
May 2 and 3, 2016
A duly posted meeting of the Harwich Planning Board was held in connection with Annual and Special Town Meetings in May 2016.
The meeting began at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 6th in Room #2 of the Harwich Community Center and moved to the gymnasium with the following in attendance:
Planning Board Members – Peter deBakker, Joe McParland, Allan Peterson, Al Atkinson, Joan Kozar and Larry Brophy
Others – David Spitz, Town Planner
Mr. Brophy moved and Mr. A. Atkinson seconded a motion to amend Article 47, Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments, as follows: add after the last word in the first sentence of Section A (Construction Signs) “with written permission of the property owner”. The motion was approved unanimously.
At the end of the evening session, the meeting was continued until the following evening.
The meeting continued at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3rd and concluded at the end of Town Meeting at 8:00 p.m.
