When the application is finalized and
released to the public, the instructions
on how to apply will be posted to this
website & emailed to this distribution list.

INFORMATION FOR
2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

Funding for the 2024-2025 fiscal year/school year
was approved at the May Annual Town Meeting!

We are now considering procedures for the
upcoming year; some procedures will be modified
in order to increase the chances that we can offer
funding to all who apply this year.

Applications will be released some time this summer.
The application will be updated for the 2024-2025
Fiscal Year. Please do not submit the 2023-2024 
application, as it cannot be accepted.

HISTORY

At the 2023 Annual Town Meeting,
residents approved $250,000 to fund a 
new Preschool Family Support Program 
for 3- and 4-year-olds within Harwich
(for one year only, as a pilot program).

The program provides families with
preschool-aged children with support
to help cover the cost of preschool. 
Funds are provided directly to
licensed childcare providers.

Programs which function in this way are
commonly referred to as Voucher Programs.
