HEARING – 0 Pleasant Bay Road, 3 Wilma’s Way, Route 39 Traffic Island, 0 Standish Woods & Bova Cove Traffic Island. - Plumbing Code Variance 10.10 - Vote to accept/deny/take this under consideration.
10.10 Table (1): Minimum facilities for building occupancy
Seeking relief from 248 CMR 10.10 Table (1) To allow a reduced number of toilet facilities that are required for a municipal sewer pump station.
