What Does the Committee Do?  The Voter Information Committee members are appointed by the Board of Selectmen to inform and prepare the voters of our community on important issues to be addressed at the Annual and Special Town Meetings and the local annual election, and to encourage voter registration and participation.“
 
How Do We Do It?  Each year the VIC sets goals which often include Channel 18 televised panel discussions on the Town Warrant, Monomoy Regional School District, Meet the Candidates forum, updates on the Town’s financial status, and other issues affecting residents.
 
How to Apply - Harwich voters may apply by submitting the Citizens Activity Record Form (see link above) to the Board of Selectmen whose subcommittee will interview applicants and make its recommendation to the full Board for approval.
