  3. Approve the Contract for the Allen Harbor Pavement Removal project to Lawrence Lynch as low bidder in the amount of $118,756
  4. Approve 2016 Seasonal General License Renewals as recommended
  5. Approve the request for funds from the Cable Fund in the amount of $9,200 for the Channel 18 upgrade in the Griffin Room per the proposal submitted by Unique Media Systems
