  4. Accept the resignation of Stanley Kocot as a member of the Harwich Board of Health effective immediately

  6. Vote to refer Ginger Plum Lane road betterment to the Planning Board for Public Hearing following Assessor’s verification of owners/signatures which meets criteria of 50% plus one
